  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Personalized or custom items are eligible for return only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  3. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label or instructions.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for cases where the product was defective or we made an error in your order.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, simply let us know and we’ll guide you through the process.
  • Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products are handled promptly based on availability.
