- Personalized or custom items are eligible for return only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label or instructions.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for cases where the product was defective or we made an error in your order.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, simply let us know and we’ll guide you through the process.
- Exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products are handled promptly based on availability.
